Shipping and Returns
Brewing Good Coffee Company roasts and ships Monday-Friday. Coffee ships within 24 hours of roasting to ensure it arrives to you fresh and ready to enjoy!
Shipping costs reflect what USPS charges based on your location and what size box is needed for the items in your order. You can make your shipping cost go further by ordering two bags of coffee at once because Priority Mail® calculates shipping by box dimension, not by weight, and we can fit two bags in our smallest box.
- Coffee: Given the perishable nature of coffee, we cannot accept returns, but if there is a problem with your order, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receipt and we will do our best to make it right! Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time by emailing us at email@example.com. If you are paying month-to-month, we will cancel your auto-billing. If you paid in full up front, we will refund the balance for the value of the unsent coffee. The shipment frequency and coffee amount for month-to-month can be adjusted at any time. The coffee type for any type of subscription can be changed at any time and shipments for any type of subscription can be paused at any time.
- Non-Coffee Merchandise: If your shirt doesn't fit, your mug arrives broken, or there's some other problem with your order, we want to help! All returns or exchanges on non-coffee merchandise must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name, order number, the item you wish to return/exchange, the reason a return/exchange is being sought, and what item/size you are requesting in exchange, if applicable. Shipping costs for the original order will not be refunded. The customer is responsible for return postage, unless an item is deemed defective or is damaged in shipping. We will cover the cost of shipping any exchanges to you.
