This Fair Trade, organic coffee is sourced from the Oaxacan State Coffee Producers Network (CEPCO), a co-op of small farms in the southern Mexican state of Oaxaca. Formed in 1989, CEPCO provides credit and savings support and life insurance to co-op members, promotes women’s organizations, and funds infrastructure improvements. Currently 90% of CEPCO’s farmers own less than 200 acres.

All of our coffee is roasted-to-order. We are currently in production and shipping Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Orders placed after noon on Wednesday will roast and ship the following Tuesday. Every Sunday morning is my Mexican Oaxaca day. A little cinnamon in the basket that the beans going into. The intoxicating aroma. Then poured and roped with a splash of chocolate milk. Heavenly. And every Sunday, “this is the best coffee” or “oh, I love this coffee.”
