Our light-roast blend currently highlights the fruity notes of our natural processed Ethiopian coffee, which is balanced by the chocolatey flavors and tart highlights present in our Guatemala Finca Ceylan and the smooth vanilla of our Peru La Florida. Though the exact blend will shift with the growing seasons and availability, Into the Light will always offer an illuminated cup of juicy citrus and bright fruit flavors with a nutty or chocolatey base.
