Flores, Komodo Dragon


Product Description

Located on the slopes of the Inerie Volcano, the Ngada district on Flores is where most of the Indonesian island's coffee is grown. All coffee is grown and processed by cooperatives organized by the farmers. There are now 12 different co-ops, all working together, to produce wonderfully smooth coffee with overwhelming, syrupy chocolate flavors.
